Handling & Shipping

We take great care to make sure your premium art print arrives to you just as fresh and crisp as when it came off our print press.

Handling & Packaging:

Our turnaround times (to print, embellish, finish and securely package) are usually 2-4 working days - but we ALWAYS try to beat this estimation depending on the number of orders we're working on.

• Smaller Prints: All printed products up to A4 are packaged flat in a reinforced cardboard envelope box.
• Larger Prints: A3, A2+ prints are packaged in a strong cardboard tube.
• Large orders: If a customer orders several products in a single order - we will send the prints flat in a reinforced cardboard envelope up to size A2.

Courier:

• We typically ship all packages with Royal Mail second class as standard.
• You may optionally upgrade to Royal Mail first-class for a small additional fee - this fee varies according to the size of the largest print in your order.
• You will receive confirmation that your item has been dispatched on the same day (as fast as we are able to get to the computer after printing and finishing your product)

Shipping pricing and deals:

• As standard, orders over £20 include free second class shipping in the UK via Royal Mail
• From time to time - we may offer free expedited shipping for orders meeting certain criteria (e.g. total order value) - be sure to subscribe to our mailing list for deals.
• Overseas orders will incur increased shipping costs.
• Orders are typically dispatched within 2-4 business days.
• Please note that for customised prints, dispatch time may vary. However, your order will always be dispatched as quickly as possible and we'll always do our best to communicate with you what's happening!
