Refund policy
Our products are printed and finished to order, as such these are not refundable.
If an item is damaged when it gets to you, we will dispatch an identical replacement on receipt of proof of damage of the original. If you receive a damaged item, please:
- Contact us at hello@originalprintworks.co
- Include your order number
- Include a photo or two of the damaged item and packaging
Upon inspection and acceptance of this, we will dispatch a replacement.
